What is a private member's club and why Did we start one?
A private member’s club is an association dedicated to a particular interest or activity, membership is voluntary and admission to a club is often based on a set of established criteria. Our private member’s club is established and maintained by contributions for charitable, educational, religious, research, or other benevolent purposes. Making us a Nonprofit Private Foundation which is a Tax-Exempt Entity under government codes.
“By What Authority” was created for the simple reason that we no longer wish to give money to any government. We are not “Tax Protesters” we are simply using the system that was created for our benefit. Private Member's Clubs cannot be regulated by governments because we have freedom of association a God-given Right.
What is the basic legal structure of a private members’ club?
There is no legally prescribed structure for a private members’ club. So, anyone can make one for any reason... so we did.
Who can join and is there a Fee?
Anyone who is a living, breathing, sentient being on the land, Natural Creations of God is welcome to join our club. There is no fee and never will be any fee we are simply sharing the truth of our world.
Am I required to pay Sales Tax?
The Law states we cannot be charged sales tax; unfortunately, most people believe we must pay sales tax. We have been tricked into “gifting” our government Taxes of all types. We made the club so we would not have to argue with store clerks or managers who are simply doing what they are told. For now, the club is an easy way to help people and increase knowledge of the Laws of our world.
The Constitution of Texas section: Article 8 Sec1-e.:
"STATE AD VALOREM TAXES PROHIBITED. No State ad valorem taxes shall be levied upon any property within this State."
What The above statement means is, [that no tax can be charged based on the value of the property] but we are charged multiple taxes on the value of the property. We are not forced into paying Taxes we were told to, and we never questioned if it was Lawful. Because the Constitution Plainly states, "No State ad valorem taxes shall be levied upon any property within this State", I can never be liable for payment of any state and local sales or use taxes which could never become due under the provisions of the Tax Code and/or all applicable law.

In the system, we live we must submit a form for the company we wish not to pay taxes to, this is simple enough all that is required is to submit a document to their corporate office, or at the time of purchase, exempting you from Sales and Use Taxes.

I want to take a step back and explain some very simple, yet profound concepts that we all seem to have forgotten. The importance of these concepts can literally mean life or death. Some of them may seem so simple as to be obvious and not needing explanation. Some may seem a bit too ‘religious’ to apply to you. I’m asking you to honestly consider what I’m laying down here. How does it apply to you? How would your life would change if more people accepted and embodied these concepts?
The first and most important point is often the stickiest one.

We are all the result of Divine Creation. It doesn’t matter what you call that Divinity – God, Nature, Gaia, the Almighty…

Our existence as living, breathing men and women is all the proof we need to show our own divinity.

The only thing greater than any man or woman is the Divinity that created them.

We exist because we are divine. We are divine because we exist.

We have rights because we exist.

Therefore, our rights come from our creator.
If our rights do not come from our Creator, then who do they come from?
They can’t come from another man or woman because that man or woman has the exact same amount of Divinity as you or me.
They can’t come from Government because man created Government.
Man also created the U.S. Constitution, and State Constitutions, and Codes, and Statutes, and Executive Orders, etc.
Read the Preamble to the Constitution a few times and let it sink in (emphasis mine).
“WE THE PEOPLE of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, DO ORDAIN AND ESTABLISH this Constitution for the United States of America.”
WE THE PEOPLE ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED the Constitution to govern the GOVERNMENT and everything created by it.
GOVERNMENT did NOT create men and women, therefore men and women are SUPERIOR to government. Men and women are meant to function OUTSIDE of government. We are meant to control government. Only when we accept the roles of person, employee, taxpayer, resident, do we choose to step into the government and accept the laws, rules, policies, etc. created by government or any part of it.
When men, women or some part of government messes up we go to COURT to seek a remedy. COURTS are meant to function OUTSIDE of government in order to give us all neutral place to fight our battles and have them decided by a jury of our peers.
We the people, the men and women, have forgotten our divinity, our superiority, our power.
