State Income and Franchise Taxes

I do NOT live in a State that has Income Taxes; However, I have heard from Multiple people that They have Cleared their “State” Taxes with this “Note”. Three (3) of the people I trust completely; they have been with this process from the very beginning. If I owed State Taxes, I would Use This “Note” with NO FEAR.

Child Support

I DO NOT owe Child Support, but I have written a few “Notes” for People in Texas, 1 of 4 Cleared. This is Lawful Currency, and they should take it. If anyone has had success, please send me the info and proofs so I can share which States, and which Mailing Addresses are working.

I have Herd of Multiple Successes However I have NOT seen any Proofs, That does not mean We Should not do this we must get these Municipalities in Line and Stand on our Rights.

But if you do this; it is possible you are putting yourself at risk if you CANNOT STAND on your RIGHTS.

Kevin Kieschnick took office January 18, 2012.

Description of Office

Calculates property tax rates for the county
Collects property taxes for the county
May collect taxes for cities, schools and other local taxing entities
Processes motor vehicle title transfers
Issues motor vehicle registration and licenses
Registers voters and may conduct elections
Collects various other fees for the state and county

I will attempt to be Brief in this Story it involves Six (6) People/Persons

We will Start with a Presentment/Offer of “NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUE Nueces County” (Item 1 below)

I accepted Said Offer and immediately sent in an offer of performance/payment. Unfortunately, I did Not Proofread my “Note” very well. (Item 2 below)

Amelia Figueroa sent me a very nice letter in which I believed they would act in Honor, and I was looking forward to playing commerce with them. Amelia returned my “Note” and explained I did not write my “legal tender” correctly and she was correct I did not. (Item 3 below)

Re: Legal Tender

Enclosed, you will find check #0010176 in the amount of $31,462.45. We are returning this check because the Legal Tender reads "Forty-Six thousand sixty five & 76/100 ". This written amount is incorrect. Please submit a new check. If you want a paid receipt, please include a self-addressed and stamped envelope.

I promptly reissued the “Note” on 12-21-22 (Item 4 below)

Jan 6th of 23 I received a Presentment/Offer alleging that a debt exists called “2022 consolidated property tax statement”. I accepted said Offer and sent in an offer of performance/payment. (Item 5 & 6 below)

On Jan 24th of 2023, Kevin Kieschnick sent 2 Sheriff Deputies to my office to Question me, alleging some sort of “Laws” have been broken to his Dishonor.

I explained to the Deputies the only person breaking the law was the Tax collector. He cannot tell me what species of currency I must pay in, there are FRN’s Checks, Coinage, Money Orders, Coupons, Promissory Notes, Notes, Negotiable Instruments, etc. and I will be reporting Him to the IRS ASAP.

The Deputy said he did not understand how my check worked, I explained to him it was not a check and instead of making allegation he could have simply read the “Memorandum” section which was in the deputy’s hand.

I let them Know that Banking is Federal and NOT in their Jurisdiction, their job is to protect my RIGHTS and they should go back and Arrest Him for being disorderly. I gave him an order to process my payment and he disobeyed My order. We talked for about 15 min, they could NOT get me to incriminate myself or get Jurisdiction over me, so they said “thank you for your time” and they left my office.

If you stand on your RIGHTS, they might come by to try and beat you back in line.

Your RIGHTS are God Given NOT given by a piece of paper; You DO NOT HAVE Constitutional RIGHTS if you claim you do, they will take advantage of you every time.

I then filed a 3949a and sent my public servant a letter and a copy of said 3949a (see items 7 & 8 below)

If My instrument is Not Honored I will file a claim against Kevin Kieschnick/Nuecues County's Bond; for the amount owed to me plus an additional $5 million for being disfranchised
