Interference with Commerce Notice - 18 U.S. Code§ 1951

I have Not been able to get the IRS to Process an instrument and send the Credits to a Corporation or Company to discharge an alleged Debt.

I have been told of people who have been able to get the IRS to Credit a Corporation or Company to discharge a Debt. However I HAVE SEEN NO PROOF.

I have been told that a

W-4 Sandwich will discharge a Debt. However, I HAVE SEEN NO PROOF.

I have been able to the IRS to Process a “Note” and send me the Credits and I have seen the same thing done for more people than I can count.

I do not have all the answers, what I am is simply NOT affraid of them or their system.

I am sharing information that I can Verify and I am sharing things I am trying, I can offer NO Guarantees for what they will do, I can Tell You what I am doing is Lawful, and I believe we should all try and act in Honor

I have had success, with something else on Credit cards getting them to un-reverse a payment, i will share ASAP

What has happened so far with the
Interference with Commerce

Nothing Credited to Discover or Chase
$46,065.76 credited to my SS acct. for Discover
$14,000.00 Credited to my SS acct. for Chase
I believe both would have been sent to me but my personal acct still has a hold for tax filling/processing (hopefully that will be released soon) I am waiting on a 971 notice on 2-27-2023 (see below)

They have removed my Payment of $500,000.00 for 1040 Taxes (Not Dishonored) they need to move things around to do their processing.
They are Fining Me for late Filing (which I did), late payment (which it was), and interest for late payment.
None of this worries me, they have a process and we must be patient.
They have sent me a Notice CP60 Claiming the payment of $46,065.76 was misapplied and now they have adjusted my acct. (see below)
I have accepted their presentment and I promptly Paid them with an overage (we want to make sure they get their money)
They have sent me another Notice CP60 Claiming the payment of $14,000.00 was misapplied and now they have adjusted my acct. (see below)

What they are saying in those notices makes NO sense to me, but this whole game makes NO sense to me, I am simply accepting their assessments and agreeing to create Money for them. (for a charge)
What I have done is Lawful, they will process my payment and return my overages to me when all "t's" are crossed and "i's" dotted. I have no doubt in what I am doing, if you do I suggest you do not get involved in this "learning Process"
