SOVEREIGNTY
Political sovereignty is the assertion of the self-determinate will of the organic people, and in this there is the manifestation of its freedom.
A presumption is a rule of law which permits a court to assume a fact is true without any evidence until there is a certain weight of evidence which rebuts (disproves or outweighs) the presumption. Each presumption is based upon a particular set of apparent facts coupled with established laws, logic, or reasoning.
Law of presumption= when something is presumed the only thing that can defeat that is facts.
citizen
a legally recognized subject or national of a state or commonwealth, either native or naturalized.
subject
is an entity capable of acting in law, of having subjective rights and of having legal obligations.
national
A person who, though not a citizen of the United States, owes permanent allegiance to the United States
person (have privileges granted by the government)
"Person" includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity.
people (have God given Rights and Free will)
The aggregate of the individuals who comprise a state or a nation.
In a more restricted sense, as generally used in Constitutional Law, the entire body of those citizens of a state or a nation who are invested with political power for political purposes (the qualified voters).
United States
"United States" includes a department, bureau, or other agency of the United States of America.

(b) Words and phrases that have acquired a technical or particular meaning, whether by legislative definition or otherwise, shall be construed accordingly.
"Shall" imposes a duty.
"duty" = a moral or legal obligation; a responsibility.
"construed" v. to determine the meaning of the words of a written document.
"accordingly" means in accord with
