POLICE OFFICERS

Who is a Police Officer?
He's a Private employee of the PERSONS doing business as a government service corporation [BOROUGH OF RIDLEY PARK]
He's nothing more than a security guard with a gun, that has been purposely

So, when a Police Officer, who really isn't an Officer of the United States of America, activates his emergency lights, to force you off of the road, and then approaches your car by Force of Arms, he's committed multiple crimes.

TRAFFIC TICKETS / PARKING TICKETS / ET. AL

The Police Officer is not qualified to determine that he has Jurisdiction, and is not qualified to determine if some codes apply to you.

Police Officers act under Presumptions.

A red-light camera cannot be a witness

18 U.S. Code§ 912 - Officer or employee of the United States

Whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof, and acts as such, or in such pretended character demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

18 U.S. Code§ 913 - Impersonator making arrest or search

Whoever falsely represents himself to be an officer, agent, or employee of the United States, and in such assumed character arrests or detains any person or in any manner searches the person, buildings, or other property of any person, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

THE RULE OF "OF"

THINGS. By this word is understood every object, except man, which may become an active subject "OF" right [of a man or woman].

So THINGS [Property] are "OF" a man or woman, things are not the man or woman.

PENNSYLVANIA

Reference to a geographic landmass, it's the physical earth.

IT has no rights.

IT has no laws, no statutes, no ordinances, and no codes. It's a THING, and things don't take actions!

COMMONWEALTH "OF” PENNSYLVANIA

[SERVICE CORPORATION]

Service Corporation masquerading as government.

A Corporation has no rights, it is an IT and only duties and obligations, set forth in IT's corporate charter, that was created by Public Servants.

Public Servants NEVER EVER get to determine what a man or woman's rights are, they can only deal with PERSONS under their Jurisdiction.

Public Servants NEVER EVER get to determine what is done with a man or woman's Property.

A man or woman's Property is NEVER on the service corporation's land.

Just because some public servant drew lines on a map around your property does not give them Jurisdiction over your Property.

As Steve Emerson has constantly stated, if I can't do it to you, then you can't do it to me.

If I went and drew a line around the service corporation doing business as the TOWNSHIP OF ASTON'S Municipal Building, do I now have Jurisdiction over that building because I say it does? NO!

Jurisdiction is only established by proving PERSONAL Jurisdiction and Subject Matter Jurisdiction.

Someone can only claim PERSONAL Jurisdiction over you if they can

The COMMONWEAL OF PENNSYLVANIA has no rights, it's an IT, a service corporation masquerading as your government.

Someone can only claim SUBJECT MATTER Jurisdiction if they have an interest in you, or of your Property.

Just because I live "on" the geographical region known as Pennsylvania, it does not give the Service Corporation doing business as the COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, PERSONAL and SUBJECT MATTER Jurisdiction over me.

Your physical location does not grant any man, woman, or Service Corporation Jurisdiction over you.

The COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA has no rights, it's an IT, a service corporation masquerading as your government.

MAN AND WOMAN

Born with no papers attached to you, with God given rights from your Creator, that NO ONE can ever take away from you!

If you, or an IT [Corporation], are "OF" something, then you and the IT, cannot be the thing itself!
So, the COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA is not PENNSYLVANIA, they are two separate entities or two separate ITS.
So then, how does my physical location on PENNSYLVANIA tie me to the service corporation doing business as the COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA?! IT DOESN'T!
Factually they are 2 separate things! One is geographic land mass, and the other is a service corporation that exists only on paper!
The legal society [BAR ASSOCIATION] have conflated the two ITS as if they are the same thing, and THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT!
All of this is the same for your local towns, boroughs, and cities, it's all the same NONSENSE.
A court attempts to get PERSONAL Jurisdiction over you with SERVICE OF PROCESS.
Then the alleged Plaintiff's pleading [Complaint] must come from a party with standing in the matter, to establish SUBJECT MATTER Jurisdiction.
A Court MUST HAVE both to proceed in any matter! So, guess what you ATTACK right out of the gate?
Also, very IMPORTANT! Legitimate legal Proceedings are not initiated through the mail, they are initiated by Process Servers, who then submit an Affidavit of Service into the Court docket.
So, if you got something in the regular mail, meaning not from a Process Server, then you are in a KANGAROO COURT proceeding, violating your God given, Constitutionally secured rights!
Go knock it out with the tools that have been provided to you, with the documents available for download, the great information in the telegram group, and these fools that you are being provided here.
Only the alleged damaged party can bring a suit against you and it must be in their own name, not the name of a SERVICE CORPORATION DOING BUSINESS IN A FICTITIOUS NAME!
So, an Attorney couldn't even bring a suit against you for a real man or woman. They can advise, instruct, and represent the man or woman, up to a certain point, because the PLAINTIFF must appear and there needs to be a WITNESS in every matter to get evidence on the record. No qualified witness, no evidence on the Court record!
So, if an Attorney can't do that for a real man or woman, they can't do it for a CORPORATE FICTION that doesn't exist!
Yet, that's what they are doing to you with all of this NONSENSE!
So, hopefully, this has given you a few more tools to protect yourself from these CRIME FAMILIES masquerading as governments.

Art of War Part 4 - Contract Law

CONTRACT LAW BASICS

Conflate:

verb

combine (two or more texts, ideas, etc.) into one.

" a man is a person, taxpayer, citizen etc."

BODY POLITIC, government, corporations. When applied to the government this phrase signifies the state.

2. As to the persons who compose the body politic, they take collectively the name, or people, or nation; and individually they are citizens, when considered in relation to their political rights, and subjects as being submitted to the laws of the state.

3. When it refers to corporations, the term body politic means that the members of such corporations shall be considered as an artificial person.

Hence why they refer to you as TAXPAYER, RESIDENT, CITIZEN, SUBJECT, etc...

They are reducing your Status, down from man or woman, who are second under the Creator, and reducing your Status down, so that you are under them.

ONLY 2 WAYS SOMEONE CAN TIE YOU TO A WRITTEN INSTRUMENT

1. They own you.

2. You willingly obligated yourself to be bound by the written instrument.

SERVICE AGREEMENTS V CONTRACTS

1. Consented to: Cable, Water, Electric, Gas, etc

2. Unconsented Government Services: Property Taxes, Sewer Taxes, Trash Taxes, ect.

UNILATERAL CONTRACTS aka ADHESION CONTRACTS

There is no such thing as a Unilateral Contract, also known as an Adhesion Contract.

You can't have a one sided contract as you would have no Obligation to another man or woman to perform, and you can't have an obligation to a corporation unless you signed a Service Agreement with that corporation.

If you signed anything that meets the definition of a Unilateral Contract, you simply rescind your signature, as there is no party that signed the original written instrument to oppose you.

CORPORATE CHARTERS

1. Download charters for your County, City, Township, etc...

2. Powers Clause: Federal and State Constitutions must be followed.

3. Don't bring that Constitution stuff in here.

4. You are in an Administrative Court, just as if you were a Disney employee and the code enforcement body of Disney called you in and disciplined you.

5. If you were a Disney employee, you'd only have rights and privileges, and you'd have duties and obligations, granted to you by DISNEY.

6. Now DISNEY has no jurisdiction to fine or imprison you; because you have God given unalienable rights, secured by the Constitution, they can only fire you.

7. Even if a corporate fiction such as DISNEY fires you, if they did it in a way that violated your God given protected Rights, you have recourse to seek redress against the DISNEY corporation or the PERSON Acting for the corporation doing business as DISNEY.

8. These Service Corporations that are masquerading as governments, while deceptively treating you as THEIR ARTIFICIAL PERSON, are also bound to acknowledge your God given unalienable Rights, that are secured by the Constitution, even the Kangaroo Administrative Courts that they trick you into appearing in.

9. Just because you were tricked into an Administrative Hearing, you haven't nor could you ever waive your unalienable rights, as they are UNALIENABLE!

10. Lienable: a right of detaining the Property [Rights] of another until some claim be satisfied.

11. Can anyone ever Claim your Rights [Property) from you or arbitrarily suspend them? NO!!!

12. The natural rights of life and liberty are unalienable.

13. NO CORPORATION can force you to be one of their ARTIFICIAL PERSONS, as not only would that be illegal because it would be forcing someone to contract, which CANNOT be done (Acceptance), it would constitute forced Indentured Servitude, in other words, SLAVERY!

Libel

Fraud

wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.

Identity Theft

the fraudulent acquisition and use of a person's private identifying information, usually for financial gain.

the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.

Battery

Purposely touching or applying force on other persons or things related to the person without his consent with the intention to harm the person is known as a battery.

Barratry

vexatious litigation or incitement to it.

trial de novo

A trial held on appeal, in which the appeals court holds a trial as if no prior trial had been held, considering the evidence anew rather than reviewing the lower court's decision for correctness. A trial de novo is common on appeals from small claims court judgments.
