This will be the beginning of my journey to have my home paid off

My Mortgage was originally with
Mr. Cooper

  • On May 5th of 2022, I sent in a Coupon to pay my mortgage with Mr. Cooper along with a letter accusing them of double dipping.

  • Mr. Cooper dishonored my Coupon

  • Mr. Cooper responded on  May 27th of 2022 (below)

Dear Melissa XXXXXXXXXX:

Thank you for reaching out to us. We received your letter on May 11, 2022, and have put together this reply with information that we hope will alleviate your concerns. After an investigation, we are sharing with you what we found.

 

After reviewing your account, we found that the last payment on the account was in the amount $4,013,46 which was for October 14, 2021. Due to the principal adjustments that had to be made from the Pandemic Relief Plan, we were able to bring the account due for the November 1, 2021, payment. As of this response, the account is past due for the November 1, 2021, payment. Please be advised that the payment coupon that is attached to the monthly statements are not considered payments and cannot be used as such. Therefore, we refute your claims that Mr. Cooper has used those payment coupons as payments. 

  • On June 15th of 2022,I sent a letter to the CEO of Mr. Cooper

How the Process Works

After You Have Asked 3 times and they have NOT answered,

you now have an answer through their silence.

"That the alleged debt did not exist or has been settled in full."

Send them a series of 3 Letters telling them they can:

1. Accept the Payment/Offer (Debt is Gone)

2. Reject the Payment/Offer (Debt is Gone)

3. Verify the Debt by:

1.    A valid contract signed in wet ink by both parties, confirming bilateral consent.
2.    A true and certified copy of the complete audit trail of said account including said loss.
3.    Audit certification of debt entry in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (G.A.A.P.), International Financial Reporting Standards (I.F.R.S.), the Basel III accord, and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) conventions.
4.    A copy of your Tax Registration certificate.

(They can NEVER do this because it does not exist and they are not Real)
 

You now send your fourth letter

  1. That this matter is permanently closed.

1st Estoppel 

  • On August 16th of 2022, I sent in Letter 1 Giving them 10 days for Verification of the debt.

We received your letter on August 25, 2022, and have put together this reply with information that we hope will address your concerns. After an investigation, we are sharing with you what we found.

 

The correspondence that you have submitted has no legal validity and as such is in a form that is not reasonably understandable. Therefore, your correspondence is not a valid request under Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) 12 CFR § 1024.35 and § 1024.36, or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) 15 U.S. Code§ 1692g. Nationstar is the holder of the Note and Mortgage and as such can enforce all rights under those documents. These rights include the rights to collect payments, assess fees and charges, and proceed with foreclosure. As such, we will continue to service the loan according to its status and will report the invalid documents received to the appropriate authorities.

 

Some of the information you have requested does not pertain directly to the servicing of the loan, does not identify any specific servicing errors, and/ or is considered proprietary and confidential. Therefore, this information is considered outside the scope of information that must be provided. However, the information below and enclosed documents should address any of your relevant questions and requests. Enclosed, you will find the following documents: 

  • Mr. Cooper Sent me a Package of over 100+ pages showing I had made payments in the past and sent a cover letter (below). More Word games and attempting to scare me.

2nd Estoppel 

  • On August 31st of 2022, I sent in Letter 2 again Giving them 10 days for Verification of the debt.

3rd Estoppel 

  • On September 12th of 2022, I sent in Letter 3 again Giving them 10 days for Verification of the debt.

  • Mr. Cooper Sent me the same Package of over 100+ pages showing I had made payments in the past and sent the same cover letter.

  • Mr. Cooper Sent me a letter dated 9-23-22. (below)

4th and Final Estoppel 

  • On September 24th of 2022, I sent in a "Certified for TRUE Copy" of my Notarized Affidavit of "IRREVOCABLE ESTOPPEL BY ACQUIESCENCE"

  • On October 4th of 2022, I received the letter (below) Mr. Cooper Saying Goodbye

  • I was now preparing to battle ShellPoint​

To: 
BARRETT DAFFIN FRAPPIER TURNER & ENGEL, LLP, Israel Saucedo, and any other third-party interlopers engaging in Trespass, Fraud, and administering my Property without right. 

I never heard from Mr. Cooper or their lawyers again, I was transferred to ShellPoint, and I decided to give them the opportunity to act in Honor, and to my surprise, they did and Have for many others.
