1. The Rule of Zero
Tutorial 1 - I have Zero more Rights than anyone else
100 x 0 = 0 no one has authority over you.
The only way anyone has jurisdiction over you is if they own you or you have signed a contract with them.

5 Elements of a contract:

5. Must be signed by both parties (sentient beings)

A sentient being is one who perceives and responds to sensations of whatever kind - sight, hearing, touch, taste, or smell.
The Consent of the Governed:
The "Assumed Consent" that you consented to be governed,
All of their Laws statutes and codes are not applicable because I never consented by way of contract. They write their codes down on paper and say they can make this apply to me; that means I am their property and they will have a hard time proving this in a court of law.

A real Court is one that you bring the Action:
The City, County, etc. are corporations pretending to be governments
There is only one Law in this realm; "You do not cause damage to your fellow man"

The BAR association is worse than the Nazis; they bring you into simulated courts and take away your rights and ruin more lives than you could ever imagine.

One of the most important tools you have to stay out of their courts

3 types of courts

1. Administrative
2. Judicial
3. Common Law
​
1. Administrative = Corporate Court (simulated court)
The judge determines the facts & the law
​
2. Judicial = Jury Trial (simulated court)
The jury determines the facts the judge determines the law
​
3. Common Law = Trial by Jury "Court of Record"
The jury determines the facts & the law, non-appealable

5 Elements of a Court of Record
​
1. Power to fine or imprison for contempt
2. Keeps a Record of the proceedings
3. Proceeding to the common law (not statutes or codes)
4. The tribunal (jury) is independent of the magistrate (judge)
5. Generally has a seal (optional)

others do not keep records they do not want a record of what they are doing
Article VI clause II [supremacy clause]
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
what this means; you are not bound by the constitution, but our government and public servants are.
Amendment VII
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Why would I ever enter one of their courts I would be waiving my rights;​

A claim Must be testified by a man/woman with "Personal Knowledge"
Town Manager City Clerks are button-pushers who have no knowledge of the Law - they follow the script (Matrix)
You are entitled to a court of record.

Hands Down, the B.A.R. Association has enslaved, defrauded, and destroyed more lives than any organization that ever existed.
They have usurped the constitution with the "Rules of Civil Procedure"

Definitions:
​
1. heretofore = before now
2. thereof = of the thing just mentioned; of that.
3. inviolate = free or safe from injury or violation.

Criminal Mater: You Damage someone and take off

Civil Mater: everything else, tax, bill, etc.

Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Local Municipality can not bring you into a court of law (they are a corporate fiction) they are all button pushers
Their Attorneys are not making the claims and have no standing, jurisdiction, or personal knowledge.
The Attorney will create a lean against you out of thin air - and submit it to a court and they will accept it. (No Due Process)
Both the Court and Attorney are moving an action against you using rules of civil procedure, to usurp your constitutional rights.

They are to bypassing our rights,... and at no time are they allowed to do this.
Corporation = A Fiction = a Fictitious Plaintiff
(they might as well be Donald Duck)

They file a case against "I am Man" by a Fictitious Plaintiff
It is Fraud, Forgery, and Security Fraud - No evidence of Breach of anything, No Plaintiff, No one with standing to bring a Claim.
Take out the rules of civil procedures, take out the Attornies, and you Take out the Courts.
